Our terms and conditions

We ask that you read our terms and conditions carefully before making a booking with us. You will be sent these terms and conditions personally before any payment is made whether it is a deposit or full payment for your booking. Once you have paid any form of payment from an invoice, from our company, the client who is named on our booking form has hereby agreed to all of terms and conditions stated here. Annie's Princess Palace Parties has the final decision in all matters relating to these terms and conditions, if you have any queries or concerns, please feel free to contact us.  

Once we have replied to you about an enquiry date and location, we will confirm if we can attend this event. To secure our attendance at your event, we ask for a 50% non refundable deposit in a 7 day window. The rest of the fee will be due one week before your the party date. You will be sent an invoice containing information on how to make your payments, the payment due dates, the confirmed event arrangements and our terms and conditions. We only use bank transfer payments. Your deposit payments secures that we do not release the date and time of your event and we will attend the agreed appointment. If we do not receive a deposit within the 7 days stated your time and booking can be lost. 

 We travel to our parties by car or by using public transport, meaning we have to pay for fuel or for our commute. For parties within 15 miles of our base town of Luton fuel is included in the price of your booking. For parties outside of 20 miles of our base location, a travelling fee may incur. We will inform you of this cost when we respond to your booking enquiry. We ask that you provide us with any parking arrangements for the venue your party is at. Please consider the guests you have invited and the space they may use when parkng. 

Within the first 7 days of receiving your deposit you can change the time or date of your event subject to our availability. Please try and notify us as soon as possible if your event for some reason cannot go ahead however sadly the closer it is to your event we may have already paid out for event preparations. We only offer 50% of your booking cost as a refund if you notify within 7 days before your booking that you need to cancel your booking. We will always be as open as possible to making new arrangements, if in an emergency, you would like to reschedule your event at late notice.  

We kindly request if you have us booked for a longer booking duration and that your party will also have other entertaining amusements, such as soft play, a bouncy castle etc, that you invite us to your booking after some time that the children have had to enjoy these. If these are used at your event at the same time as our entertainment this could be distracting for the children and we can not fulfil the highest level us captivating, engaging and interacting with all the children's attention. 

We will not accept any behaviour that makes an entertainer uncomfortable. This could be anything from verbally or physically abusive behaviour from ANY party attendee. If this does occur your entertainer has the right to leave the event and will contact the company owner. It is the responsibility of the client named on the booking form to monitor all behaviour from any party attendee at the event. 

It is the client's responsibility to tell us if any of the guests attending have any allergies we should be aware of. It is the client's responsibility to make any necessary queries they want to regarding any of our equipment at least 2 days before the party date. Annie's Princess Palace Parties is not liable for any medical emergencies that occur from any allergies we do not have written notification of before the event date. 

Prior to your booking we will correspond with you regarding the details of your booking within 7 days of receiving your deposit. Then after such period, you can contact us again if you need anything on one of our social media pages or by emailing us. However if not, you will hear from us 7 days before your booking date to confirm your arrangements again.

On the day of your booking we will arrive just before our agreed meet time and we will call or text the phone number you have provided us with, before we enter your event. We please ask that you do not encourage anyone to come greet us at our car if we are seen in it, as we have equipment to prepare before we are ready to enter the party. 

On your booking day we encourage you to relax and enjoy our entertainment, however we do expect that an adult always remains in the space with us and the children and that any unruly behaviour is handled by an party attending adult. This is the responsibility of the client to make sure this is upheld.

Unfortunately, entertainers can sometimes get unwell unexpectedly. If this is to an extent where an entertainer feels they will not be able to perform the job to the specified expectations or there is a risk of spreading infections, we cannot procced with sending such entertainer. In these instances, we will try with our upmost effort to send a different entertainer from our company to cover the booking. This can mean the character you have asked for may need to be changed. If in the unfortunate event we cannot arrange cover within our own staff, we will use our upmost effort to make arrangements to find a local company to provide as close to the same service as we would have and put you in touch to make a booking with them. We will always try and arrange to contact yourselves regarding this with as much notice as possible, however, please remember sadly we can’t always avoid experiencing sickness. If we have to cancel our company attending your booking, you will receive back a 100% refund of the costs you have paid us up to that point. Only if we cannot find a cover within our company and we have to cancel our company’s attendance and we provide this with less than 10 days’ notice, you will recieve a 100% refund from us and we will also compensate arranging to pay 70% to 100% of the difference of any extra money you may have to pay towards sourcing a different company to cover the same amount of time of entertainment we offered you.
